How we work:
Our full-service design-build approach starts with a project launch meeting where we get to know you and your functional and aesthetic goals and review the project's scope.
From there, we develop preliminary design plans and set the aesthetic intentions for the project to ensure we're off on the right path. We'll engage our team for structural assessments to kick start the permit process and get our team and trades eyes on the project scope early to ensure everyone's climbing the ladder together at the same pace.
1 - Design & Pre-Construction
Based on the direction of the design plan, we'll build a comprehensive construction estimate for review and begin signing our construction contract together. This process will help us create the schedule for your project and set our highly anticipated design presentation together.
In this final meeting leading up to construction, we'll firm up your floor plans, electrical plans, and custom cabinetry details, source all the elements for your home, including materials and furnishings (based on scope), and share the budget breakdown. We'll then move into ordering, tracking and storing items in preparation for your renovation to begin.
2 - Construction
Renovation can be stressful and overwhelming. Still, we are your partners in the journey and are here to support everything to help create a smooth and efficient experience with you as much as possible.
Construction begins on day one of the work starting on your home (when hammers start swinging!). We will guide you through the various construction milestones with the schedule as our compass. Our design team is hands-on and will schedule periodic site visits as needed to ensure the execution meets our quality standards.
3 - Project Close-Out & Client Walk Through
Toward your project's end, we will help you transition into your newly renovated space. We'll guide you around your new home while noting any outstanding items needed to wrap up your project.
If your project includes furnishings, we'll work with our trusted movers and installers to load furniture and accessories to prepare for an exciting reveal!
