Interior Design Consultation FAQs

  • We get to work right away as our consultations are an active working meeting for up to 2 hours in your home. To get as much as possible out of our time together, we encourage homeowners to prioritize their goals/spaces and come prepared with a list of questions and inspirational images.

  • Our personalized design consultations are $375 plus applicable taxes. We service the Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Elora and Fergus regions. Service areas outside of this may be subject to additional travel fees.

  • At this time, Otis Interiors is focused on in-person and full-service support so we can dig deep, get to know our homeowners and be hands-on in supporting them in realizing the potential of their homes.
