Otis Interiors was founded in 2019 by husband and wife team, Marc Esposito and Jasmine Koblik (see how we got our name, otis?)

Both Marc and Jasmine love educating their clients on the build and design process to make it an enjoyable one and to help guide decision making for their clients. They are strong advocates for learning and love building their team and pushing them to new heights both individually and together.

Meet the duo behind Otis Interiors

Jasmine Koblik
Founder & Designer

Jasmine intentionally fell into design after leaving the corporate world by graduating from the Interior Decorating Program at Conestoga College. With a penchant for creativity, she used her keen eye to create laid-back and livable spaces by guiding clients through the journey of transforming their homes. Her playful side, love of texture, colour and pattern play (developed from a young age working in her grandmother's sewing room) is further reflected in her team's fresh take on inviting contemporary interiors for modern living.

Marc Esposito
Founder & Construction Manager

Prior to joining forces, Marc worked in the building industry for a decade previously owning his own general contracting business as well as working for both mid-sized and custom home builders honing his skills in project management and knowledge of building science.
