Available Positions

CARPENTER

The role of Carpenter is integral to the successful implementation of our plans and the overall success of our projects. We are looking for a carpenter who possesses a variety of skills equal to the variety of tasks, both technical and cerebral, you will be responsible for implementing. From planning and organizational skills to ensure that you and your team have the material, tools, and equipment required to complete necessary tasks to the ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate material take-offs to the hands-on skill required to implement and build the design in question while leading a small team to do so, variety and well-roundedness are the name of the game.

The role also includes communicating with Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor/Project Manager in tasks throughout the course of projects, as required, to maintain the project schedule and prepare for trades.

CARPENTER'S APPRENTICE

The role of Carpenter’s Apprentice includes implementing carpentry and general construction work on residential renovation projects under the guidance of a Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor/Project Manager. The role also includes on-site preparation and organization at the beginning and end of each day to ensure the team has the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the targeted tasks for that day and to ensure the site is left in a clean, safe and organized manner at the end of each day that will allow for an efficient and safe start to work the next morning.

The role also includes assisting the Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor/Project Manager in tasks throughout the course of the project, as required, to move the project along.
