Project Brady
A renovation of a small, compact bathroom proves that you can have your cake and eat it too.
With some impactful changes to the layout in this four piece bathroom, we swapped the location of the existing toilet and vanity to make the vanity wall a beautiful focal point upon first glance.
Taking queues from modern, mid-century and scandi styles, we created a sanctuary that feels earthy, warm, yet minimal but didn’t sacrifice on high end style.
The integrated lighting under the custom vanity creates a vibe in it’s own right. We ditched the existing jacuzzi tub and opted for a free standing version to create the illusion of more space (in fact, we gained an extra few inches from the original size!) Lastly, we removed framed shower walls and added a glass surround to increase the amount of light flowing this this gorgeous new space.
