2 - Construction
We Stick To Our Schedule So You Can Free Up Yours.
The construction process begins on day one of the construction work starting on your home.
We will create a construction schedule for your project that will guide the renovation from start to finish and outline key project milestones at each step.
3 - Project Close Out & Client Walk Through
Are You Ready For The Grand Reveal?
Towards your project's end, we will help you transition into your newly renovated space. We'll guide you around your new home while noting any outstanding items needed to wrap up your project.

Depending on the project scope, we see an average of 6-8 months of planning before construction can begin. If it's a home addition, we have seen between 12-18 months, depending on the complexities of the build.

No two projects are the same, and we focus on providing customized proposals based on your home goals and the scope of work we identify together. On average, you can expect to allocate between 4-6% of your project's overall budget towards Design and Pre-Construction planning.
